He has successfully managed the development and implementation of business and military systems. He has over 20 years of leadership experience as officer in the United States Air Force. Rick is a 2003 graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak, a community-focused leadership development program. He has served on numerous civic boards and commissions in the Pikes Peak region. Rick and his wife Brenda are retired and avid travel enthusiasts. They enjoy all types of travel and are especially fond of cruises.

Debora Ireland-Young

Debora Ireland-Young originally from the Midwest but has lived in beautiful Colorado for 18 years. Her passions are the arts, culture, history, international cuisine and travel. She can teach you to dance like on "Dances with the Stars" having taught and competed in Ballroom dance for ten years. Owned a modeling and talent agency for 10 years and now is blessed to own an Internet Travel Business. Being a Certified Referring Travel Agent allows Debora and her husband Marshall to have exciting adventures all over the world. Her greatest joy is meeting people, learning about their dreams and helping them to become a reality. Most recently she became a certified white belt NIA instructor.

Nandin, Jr.

Mariano "JR" Nandin, Jr. was born in Phoenix AZ and is of Hispanic descent. He has been married to the beautiful and awesome Donna Marie Nandin for 33 years and has three incredible grown children Michelle, Diane and Johnny. He works part-time for a defense contractor as a software test engineer and his real passion is helping others achieve their personal and financial goals through YTB. He's an avid sports fan and enjoys watching all kinds of sports at all levels. He loves to golf, listen to music, travel, scuba dive and work on older cars like the family's 1940 Ford DeLuxe Coupe Streetrod.
